Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with BodyQuiet. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for purchases made through https://bodyquiet.com.
14-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original box and packaging
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, parts, and included items
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email
- Final sale on shipping protection and cream
For hygiene and safety reasons, cream and other consumable or personal-care items must be unopened, unused, and sealed to be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at hello@bodyquiet.com before sending anything back.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product and packaging, if requested
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. BodyQuiet is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, delayed, or not received.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order received free shipping, our original shipping and handling cost may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping costs.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or damaged cream or personal-care products
- Items missing the original box, packaging, accessories, parts, or included materials
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modification
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Items sent back without prior approval
- Gift cards, if offered
We currently do not have final sale items unless clearly stated on a product page or at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bodyquiet.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the issue and applicable law.
99-Day Device Replacement Guarantee
BodyQuiet offers a 99-day replacement guarantee for eligible BodyQuiet devices purchased directly from https://bodyquiet.com.
This guarantee applies to the device only. It does not apply to cream, consumable products, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues that do not affect product function.
If your device is defective or stops working under normal intended use within 99 days of delivery, contact us at hello@bodyquiet.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
If your claim is approved, BodyQuiet may provide a replacement device or a comparable replacement product at our discretion.
The 99-day guarantee is a replacement guarantee only. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by BodyQuiet.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper use
- Dropping, impact, water damage, or accidents
- Improper storage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside the product’s intended purpose
We may request additional information, photos, videos, or return of the original device before approving a replacement.
Subscription Cream Orders
Some BodyQuiet cream products may be offered as subscriptions.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription through your customer account portal where available, or by contacting us at hello@bodyquiet.com.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription order, subscription changes or cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed, billed, packed, or shipped, we may be unable to cancel that order. The order will be treated like a normal order and will be subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed personal-care products, creams, and similar goods may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.
