Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer.

We ship to the United States, Europe, Australia, and other international destinations where shipping is available.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination country, carrier availability, customs rules, and applicable laws or restrictions.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.

For orders under $35 USD, shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

BodyQuiet is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

BodyQuiet is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bodyquiet.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery location.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, building reception, or local post office.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bodyquiet.com.
